Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1376408

Description of problem:

As a user of Foreman, the 'Run Puppet' button on the Hosts page is disabled, as it uses either

- puppet kick
- puppet ssh
- mcollective

It should be also allowed when remote execution is available and use it for the job.

I would like to have this option as well.

Another possibility would be removing the button instead of disabling it as the "Schedule Remote Job" button would be enough for me as it allows to select the Puppet agent afterwards with only one click more.
