[QOL Improvement] If HostGroup doesn't define a default compute profile, creating a new host requires un-inheriting the compute profile to select one

Steps to reproduce:
#Create a HostGroup with no Compute Profile selected
#Create a new host with that compute profile
Expected Result: The "Compute Profile" select field will be enabled to select a profile
Actual Result: The "Compute Profile" select field is set to disabled and you must unselect "Inherit" to pick a compute profile
