Unify operating system name with other cfgmgmt agents

Description
We should start importing description for operating system. This will mean that users might start seeing new OSes like "CentOS 7.3.1611" and "Debian 8.7" instead of names containing codenames such as maitai, jessie etc. A migration that cleans up description for existing OSes would be handy.

Actually the migration should not be needed since we don't use description when searching. Only new OSes will be created without description. Users can manually delete the description if they want to unify old and new OSes. There shouldn't be too many of items to update.
