With https://github.com/Katello/puppet-katello_devel/commit/3d2510823de1762198df026033275c and the correct crane dir being in /usr/share/katello-installer-base/modules/katello_devel/manifests/init.pp "/var/lib/pulp/published/docker/v2/app" - /etc/crane.conf shows /var/lib/crane/metadata as 'data_dir'
