Description

API updates to hosts while specifying "host_parameters_attributes" as a hash fail with the following error:

The code added in #12294 appears only to handle *_parameters_attributes params as being arrays, when nested attributes can be passed as either an array or a hash.

This causes all "hammer host update" calls to fail, e.g.
