When generating PXE config file HTTPS is not used in the generated URL

Description

I have this in my PXE default template:

<%= foreman_url("provision")%>

I also run Foreman with Passenger and nginx with SSL.

When a new PXE configuration is generated, the URL has http:// in it (should have https://).

When I generated the PXE config (ie did 'build' on the host) I was on https://&lt;foreman host> URL.

I was too trigger-happy with this: Anaconda doesn't support https anyway, so adding https wouldn't make much sense.

Closing the ticket now.
