Hammer CLI

hammer ping checks status of candlepin, pulp and foreman tasks. But qpid is also very important. Since lot of activity won't work if qpid does not we need to make sure this can be reported via hammer ping.
That way, it's easier to see if there is a problem and start to investigate on this angle. Without information from qpid, one need to search a lot of components and might miss that qpid is not working as expected.

This should ease work when troubleshooting and also help users to understand on whether their Satellite is working as expected. That also means, user can use hammer ping and have a good overview of the state.
