Description of problem:

Accessibility seems to be a problem with the current Satellite Web UI

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.1.9

I.e point the browser to https://sat.example.com/content_hosts
There are bullet point in different colours representing the hosts subscription status. There is no tool tip and no text next to the bullet point despite is is space for it.
This makes it impossible to see the status for color blind people and impossible for screen readers for the blind.

There are also no keyboard short cuts available for all navigation elements.
