Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1434607

The Dashboard Widget called "Host Configuration Chart" selects vSphere hosts
(discovered by virt-who) as having no reports. vSphere hosts are not by
design capable of providing host configuration reports so including them in
the list of unresponsive hosts is including bad data. Consequently this
throws off the percentage of non-reporting hosts drastically in our
environment.
