Fetch boot files from NFS

Description

Currently, proxy is not able to fetch boot files for installation media located on NFS.
This presents several challenges, namely:

  • proxy would need access to 'mount' to see if a share is mounted
  • if share is not mounted, proxy would need to mount share, copy files and unmount
  • is automounter being used? If so, we would need to go through auto.master.d files to find out
