https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1044574 has been resolved in candlepin-0.9.2-1+, lets use cpdb instead of liquibase here https://github.com/Katello/puppet-candlepin/blob/master/manifests/database/postgresql.pp#L44-L65
