Auto attachment of RHSCL Licenses to Hypervisors

Hi,
I have recently noticed that the rhscl subscriptions now work on a hypervisor basis, but when using them like that they don't automatically attach to the hypervisor like the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Standard (1-2 sockets) (Unlimited guests)" do.
Testcase:
- Install a server to a hypervisor with no attached subscriptions - enable temp rhscl and temp redhat subscription - I enable rhel via auto-attach and rhscl via a little bash grep magic
- Server gets reported by virt-who
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Standard (1-2 sockets) (Unlimited guests) is attached to hypervisor // Software Collections and Developer Toolset is not attached
- RedHat License is attached via Hypervisor // Temporary RHSCL subscription gets detached after xx hours

It also does unexpected things when the hypervisor already has the right subscriptions attached. For example at one of my tests it attached a physical openshift license instead of the two virtual licenses through the hypervisor. This only happened after I had installed a package from software collections while in temp-license state. When I had no packages from scl installed it just removed the temp rhscl subscription and selected the rhel subscription through hypervisor.
