Description

Since #14945, Hiera is used to set class parameters for the top-level modules/classes that are included by Kafo when making a kafo-configure run, but it could support setting parameters on other classes that are indirectly included.

This would provide CLI/TUI options for any class parameter without needing to modify the Hiera configuration directly (which was supported in #14945). Parameters on indirect classes could be listed as advanced parameters in the full help output.

e.g. class "example" is listed in the Kafo answers file, is included via hiera_include, and it includes class "dependent_service". The parameters on "dependent_service" should be configurable via Kafo's CLI and set through data bindings, but Kafo should not include the class itself.
