[RFE] When viewing a task that has conflicts with another task, that task url should be a link

3. What is the nature and description of the request?
When you have a task that is conflicting with another task, you'll see in the task page,
"Required lock is already taken by other running tasks.
Please inspect their state, fix their errors and resume them.

That url at the end should be a link.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
It would make things easier when trying to track down an issue.

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
If you go in the webui to look at a failed task that has a conflict with another task and you can click on that url for the other task
