Description
This plugin currently bypasses all template locks. In 1.15 we lock all default templates. We should respect the lock and skip updating the template by default, but there should also be an argument "bypass_locks=true" that would keep current behavior. Ideally but not necessarily informing user what templates were skipped because of this (might be hard to do with current code base)
