Roman Plevka made a good point, we do not need to have explicit taxonomy associated with Discovery Rules since there is 1:1 association with hostgroup which has this. We already enforce that all taxonomy from HG is also in DR, so we force the user to just copy it and that's all.

If we can't find a reason why to have this (let's say extending discovery rules with more features), let's refactor this.
