Bug #19720
--foreman-proxy-templates is not enabled by default
Description
I installed K3.4 with the installer option as in subject, plugin was setup but foreman-proxy is not set to listen on 8000 therefore provisioning fails downloading kickstart from this port.
I also need to set --foreman-proxy-http true. Since templating is something that is considered to be enabled by default in Katello, I suggest to make sure both options are set in the katello scenario.
Candidate for 3.4.1?
