Host Collection Hosts view doesn't filter hosts

Katello 3.4
In the Host Collection Host List/Remove view - all hosts are displayed rather than only those that belong to the host collection

This behaves intermittently for me. Attaching a screen cast of the same. Seems to be an Angularjs refresh issue.
