[BUG] "Dashboard content host subscription status" widget shows incorrect information

Description of problem:
Dashboard, subscription widget provides links to lists of content hosts with [Invalid|partial|valid] Subscriptions. It is showing invalid count on dashboard however after clicking the figures it redirect to content host page where count is different.
