Scenario:

- go to Hosts ~~> Host Collections~~
select a host collection
- 'Select Action' ~~> 'Copy Host Collection'~~
start to type something in 'New Name'
- click the browser to remove focus from that input
- attempt to go back in to 'New Name' to complete the name

Result:

- unable to get focus back in to the input
- had to reload the entire page (all js) to regain focus
