Cannot specify console type when creating new VM via Ovirt Compute Resource

Description
When creating a new host using an Ovirt Compute Resource, I cannot specify a console type (SPICE/VNC). I would like to be able to create hosts on Ovirt Computing Resources that default to using a VNC console so that I can use Foreman's NoVNC-based console during and after the build process.

The console can be opened even when the console type is SPICE.
Also, we can't show each and every field in ovirt.
