I've seen this pop up a few times:

Always these five tests:

Actions::Katello::Repository::ImportApplicabilityTest.test_0001_runs

Does this happen only on the test_develop_pr_katello (Katello tests on Foreman PRs) or also on test_katello_pull_request?
