Clicking Refresh Manifest Does Not Give Feedback

Description
When clicking the Refresh Manifest button on the Subscription Manifest page, there is no feed back that the task has started or if it failed. It would be useful if there was some kind of indication on this page that there is a refresh task happening or if clicking the button took you to the task in Foreman Tasks.
