Hi,
There is a known issue on ubuntu 16.04, as references here http://theforeman.org/issues/17591. Could we add some thing to https://theforeman.org/manuals/1.15/index.html#Knownissues or add a warning on the foreman installer quickstart?

Aah that known issues is for NoVNC, possible foreman needs a known issues section itself.
