related to http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/20431

it seems katello-remove does not remove all configs generated during the installation, thus not making what the name promises.

there is a certain part of me saying that katello-remove should be replaced by a shell one-liner `echo "please just redeploy the machine from scratch"`, but we probably should just investigate what other files are created and not removed currently.
