Finish provisioning template is not resolved by clicking on Resolve button during image based provisioning
Description
Finish template is correctly configured in Operation system but Resolve button shows "Sorry but no templates were configured." Finish template is correctly executed and VM is correctly configured. User data checkbox of the image is UNSET.

Are you using Katello too or just Foreman?

We too see this behaviour. We use version 1.15.3 of Foreman without Katello.
