Foreman is not deleting host entires in FreeIPA: Or: Foreman Fails to create new hosts, when host is already in FreeIPA

Description
We have a Foreman Installation running, including FreeIPA integration.
The Problems we found so far are:
- If you delete a host in Foreman, it is not deleted in FreeIPA
- If you create a host, that is already in FreeIPA, Foreman fails, because it is not able to (re)create the host entry in FreeIPA
- If you try to redeploy a host, after it has been provisioned, Foreman should get a new OTP from FreeIPA, otherwise it is using a old/expired OTP
