Description of problem:
Customer needs an API to rerun remote execution job for failed hosts, as done in satellite webUI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2 or later.

How reproducible:
Issue is not reproducible as API is not available
API available for remote execution only list, show, update.

Actual results:
customer will be creating some scripts to rerun the remote execution.

Expected results:
API required to execute remote execution similar to satellite webUI.
