subscription-manager for EL5 missing in 3.4 and nightly
Description
Until 3.3, we shipped subscription-manager (and python-rhsm) for EL5:
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/3.3/client/el5/x86_64/
However, this seems to be gone starting with 3.4:
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/3.4/client/el5/x86_64/
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/katello/releases/yum/nightly/client/el5/x86_64/
However, our docs did not change (https://theforeman.org/plugins/katello/3.4/installation/clients.html) and still tell to only enable the client repo and EPEL.
We should either bring back our packages, or document where to get sub-man.

http://koji.katello.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=14387 was not properly tagged.
nightly has the pkg back, 3.4 not yet.
