Description

For resources that don't have name, it's not possible to use a different word identifier attribute when using CSV adapter. Id and Name is hardcoded at https://github.com/theforeman/hammer-cli/blob/master/lib/hammer_cli/output/adapter/csv.rb#L174-L196. In foreman_openscap, scap-content only has title but no name. Found during verification of https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_openscap/pull/275
