Description

The API parameter 'include' was added to improve performance of the index action for hosts. Hammer automatically generates option --include for that parameter but it has no effect in the cli. We should remove that option.

Same like --include option in host list, there is no use of option --thin in this command.
Remove --include option from hostgroup list command as well.
