Description

1. Proposed title of this feature request:
Need a feature to get information about the user who deleted Virtual machine from Compute Resource profiles. On Foreman WebUI, in Audits tab, we can see the user details who deletes the Compute Resources but not of the user who deletes Virtual Machine in compute resource. Also including what user performed the action, if an object is being modified the ability to list what was changed

2. Why does the user need this?
User needs this to to get information about the user who deleted Virtual machine from Compute Resource profiles also including what user performed the action, if an object is being modified the ability to list what was changed

3. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
This can tested by deleting one of the VM from Compute Resource and then checking for the user details.
