Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1464224

Description of problem:

In environments with hundred of hypervisors, thousand of VM and vDC subscriptions, for each VM a subscription of type "ENTITLEMENT_DERIVED" is created.

Accessing to https://foreman.example.com/subscriptions in this condition, makes very hard to extract useful data given the "Type" of the subscription is not a unit that can be used to filter or sort.

Fixes #20979 - Allow searching subscription pool by type

Also made a few searches only_explicit where it doesn't make sense to
search implicitly.
