[Activation Keys] You cannot unselect a content view + lifecycle environment in webui

Description
Katello 3.4: Once you have selected a content view and lifecycle environment you cannot unselect them - in some cases you want a key without those.
Not sure how long its been this way :)
Workaround: Delete and recreate the key without selecting those.
