Description of problem:

After jobs complete the operation should be able to enable email notifications that provide information about completed jobs.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Ideally this would be added Satellite 6.3 in the form of a z-stream

How reproducible:
Run jobs, jobs complete, there is NO email notification

Expected results:
After a job completes, Satellite generates a detailed email that lists the affected hosts and indicates the status of the job at the host level.
