[RFE] Remote command with pull feature

3. Why does the customer need this?

Customer needs the ability back that I had in Satellite 5.6 to schedule a reboot for a system or group of systems from the console.

CIS policy (6.2.8) will not allow him to permit root to ssh into the box from remote. That is not an option.
He is ok with bypassing his 2-factor authentication and allowing an account to ssh in via public key, but NOT willing to allow that same account to elevate to root with no password after it connects. That would the equivalent of allowing root to ssh straight into the box and isn't going to fly with the security folks.

So, he either need a way for the agent to pull the commands and execute them locally, or else need a way to input a username and password into the Satellite console and have it use those credentials to connect and/or elevate.

4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

By having a agent on the client system which should pull all the scheduled action from the Satellite

5. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

By scheduling a command from Satellite and check if agent pulling that command.
