Support newer hash schemes for root passwords
Added by Dominic Cleal about 12 years ago.
Updated over 6 years ago.
Description
Currently Foreman hashes root passwords with MD5. This should be more flexible, e.g. SHA-1, SHA-2, perhaps depending on the operating system. Note that GRUB2 also uses PBKDF, see #2103.
