Listing errata for host groups does not work unless host and content facet have the same id

Description
1. register a host with subscription-manager
2. re-register the host (this should ensure a host and its content facet do not have the same id)
3. setup the host and repos so the host has installable errata
4. Add the host to a host group
5. on the host collection details page try to list errata
the list will be blank
