http proxy form does not open in two-pane

Description
While we agree we want to move away from two-pane pattern, it still inconsistent with the rest of the app, until we remove two-pane and add breadcrums, navigation etc, it should use two-pane.

Darn Ohad, you caught me and my disdain for tupane :)
But i would agree, I was not consistently inconsistent with the rest of the app (Everything but hosts, hostgroups, smart proxies using tupane)

- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 296
