Clicking on CV versions link in Content Views widget shows 404 page not found

Description of problem: We were trying to navigate to content view versions available from dashboard content views widget.But it shows error as "404 - Page Not Found The requested URL /content_views/2/versions/2/details was not found. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): satellite 6.3 snap 17
How reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create content views and publish and promote to environment
2. Navigate to Dashboard page
3. Look for content views widget
4. Click on content view version link
Actual results:
Page navigate to "https://$HOST/content_views/3/versions/3/details" and shows
"404 - Page Not Found The requested URL /content_views/2/versions/2/details was not found. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."
Expected results:
Page should navigate to correct URL.
