Foreman Discovery: 9.1.3

Physical host is booted from the FD ISO using builtin network credentials (PXE/DHCP-less provisioning)
IP address used: 10.2.9.150

During the discovered host provisioning, while setting up host Interfaces, I'm getting "has already been taken" error under "IPv4 Address" field.
The issue comes when I'm trying to configure the bonding interface and using the same IP address that was used with foreman discovery image.

Steps to reproduce:
- boot the system from FD iso
- clean individual adapter (em1) settings
- create bond0 interface and use the same IP address that was used for discovery

Workaround:

I can use another IP address within the same subnet, but then call-home functionality isn't working
