Description

On Katello 3.5 rc2:

  1. foreman-rake katello:upgrades:3.0:update_puppet_repository_distributors
    ...
    NoMethodError: undefined method `mirror_on_sync?' for #<Katello::ContentViewPuppetEnvironment:0x00000009b20238>

The same is true of master.
