Description

Check for presence of package `tfm-rubygem-dynflow`.

Mainly all tasks related checks which use `feature: foreman-tasks` should work on upstream as well.

Marking as rejected, as there is no notion of tasks without having the tasks plugin. The check itself doesn't make sense right now, without having foreman-tasks around
