Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1334922

Description of problem:

auto refresh should persist its status on dashboard

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2 RHEL 7 - Any browser

Steps to Reproduce:

In Dashboard there is an auto_refresh button to toggle the status of auto refreshment. It also works when we pass as an url query string ?auto_refresh=0

Actual results:

That status is per request so if we change to another page and turn back to dashboard again the auto refresh will be come back to its default state which is enabled|1

Expected results:

Persist the latest desired configuration per session or even better per user so we can call with auto_refresh=0 once and it will be 0 until called again with auto_refresh=1

Additional info:

It is an improvement for the end user, and also for UI test automation which is currently broken sometimes because of the auto_refresh.
