hammer scap-content info returns numbered scap content profiles

Description

Having numbered collections in output is inconvenient for json adapter and further automatic processing. It also makes the output inconsistent because taxonomies are not numbered.

Steps to reproduce:
1) hammer --output json scap-content info --id some_id
2) notice the scap content profiles are returned as a object, it should be an array
