Description of problem:
User lacks a possibility to change the default (home) page. Having this ability would also resolve the issue when user lacks permissions to access dashboard/hosts page and automatically receives an error notification after logging in.
It would be nice if user could choose a default page from a dropdown where only applicable pages (respecting his roles and permissions) would appear

Actual results:
The home page is hardly set to Dashboard (which might take a long time to load + might be inaccessible due to lack of user permissions)

Expected results:
Home page as a setting
