Within Foreman 1.15.6, On the Hosts page using the search function, hostnames are searched with the keyword "name;" while on the Reports page, this keyword isn't available and instead is "host." Another difference between these 2 pages is the action of the Enter key. On the Hosts page, Enter selects the search criteria and takes no further action (requiring the use of the Search button to run. On the Reports page, Enter accepts the search criteria and performs the search.
