Subscription Manager requests (like registration) are subject to time-outs (which is not configurable). On occasion, our Foreman/Katello server is over burdened with pending tasks that subscription-manager registration take too long and the client fails to register. Foreman-tasks should be able to prioritize time-sensitive tasks to ensure that they get completed quickly.
