Add status summary to the top of configuration show page
Description
Copying a user feedback
Seeing configuration instructions makes me as an user think i have to
re-configure it to keep it working.Therefor i prefer to see a status page, even if it does not contain much
info. As long as it is 'green' than i know that the configuration is
running. Only when it is not 'green' then you click on a link to show the
installation/configuration instructions to repair.
I think that the status info only would result in mostly empty page so I'll talk to Roxanne and will try to figure out how to combine information on it. Also for newly created configurations, deploy instructions are the most important info. Perhaps we could use patternfly cards here, they seem to be used in similar situations elsewhere too (REX job invocation, smart proxy)
