For the customer the upgrade was failed with below error:

This step can be rerun with:
foreman-rake katello:upgrades:3.0:update_subscription_facet_backend_data
You are likely encountering a bug.
To diagnose such issues we need to check error message from /tmp/subscription_facet_upgrade-1481574043.log file but that will not be captured from in foreman-debug or sosreport.
